Puppy Kindergarten |
Your puppy's health is a priority to us! We use safety precautions to help prevent diseases.
Learn proper socialization and handling techniques to help prevent shyness and aggression. You'll also learn how to prevent other serious problems, such as growling over food and toys.
Learn to control puppy nipping. Also covers housetraining, basic grooming, nutrition and more.
Includes supervised puppy playtime. Puppy play partners will be carefully matched for similar size and play styles to ensure a safe, positive experience.
Class size is limited to ensure you and your puppy get attention.
All classes feature scientific, reward-based training. |
Age: Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old by the second week of class, and no older than 16 weeks. (Is your puppy too old for Puppy K? Learn about our Family Manners I class!)
Puppies must be under veterinary care and up to date on applicable vaccinations.
All puppies must be COMPLETELY friendly towards people AND other dogs. Any puppy that growls (not while playing), bites, snaps or in any way acts aggressively towards people and/or other dogs is not suited for our group classes. |
Schedule:
Start any month! All classes are at 6:30 p.m. The first Wednesday of each month is our orientation class. You must attend an orientation in order to attend classes. Regular classes are on all other Wednesdays.
Sessions/Costs:
Package #1: Orientation (1 1/2 hours) plus 2 one-hour classes = $65. Perfect for older puppies or to help kick start your socialization and training while waiting for our Family Manners I class to begin!
